Network stack almost rewritten in Windows Server 2008 including a few bran-new technologies, such as: it allows bigger data packets into network, etc. At the same time, it could instantaneously change the size of data packets in network transmission, which makes it more efficient in transmission. The upper limit of data packet’s size has been modified to 512KB; therefore, it could be transformed into probably 40MB throughput. In other words, if the network has been correctly configured and tuning, its speed is eight times of the previous operation. This is really an exciting improvement.

Windows XP games that are compatible and run on Windows Vista home premium?

Can someone please give me a list of windows xp games that are compatible and play on windows vista home premium service pack 2..
I want windows xp games because they won’t be as laggy as windows vista games..
i’d prefer it if they were strategy games like age of empires and stuff and empire earth but it’s not compatible with windows vista.

You Can run Age of Empires games, Empire Earth, etc. on Vista.
Simply use the compatibility tab on the shortcut you use to start the game
Click on the shortcut, go to the compatibility tab and choose the operating system setting you want to run the game in. These go back all the way to Windows 95.
I have run all the Age of Empires games on a Vista Computer including the original version using this method.
