Does the Bush administration's war to eliminate alternatives to war?
For example, containment and deterrence'','', that against the Soviet Union and so far have worked against Hussein, it depends on the cooperation of other nations. Is Bush hitting the chest spoke of war, even before the actual invasion, the destruction of that cooperation?
