Trying to remember a movie where a collector of comics trying to convince an ordinary man who is a superhero?

I'm trying to remember name a movie where a black man who was a sickly child and collecting comic books, and as he grew, he tried to find a super real hero. Train crashes in which only one boy survived and collector of comic tries to convince he is a superhero. The "hero" only boy got sick once, when he fell into a swimming pool, and the comedian sought to convince such that water is his weakness. The "hero" guy saves two (?) Girls in one house where a man had broken into his house and kept the prisoners of the family. He killed the father and mother left to die. When you save the Girl falls in a pool. In the end the boy realizes that bad comics while I wanted to find a hero who became the villain. He is detained at the end. HELP?!?
