Think You
What do You Think of strippers, prostitutes, models, sex, or any other sex?

They do it by choice, not have to. What do you think about it? What is the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars? And any significant aspect to meet?

I firmly believe that is his business and none of mine. I do not like the double standard that many people have towards sex. Throughout my life I have heard a variety of people submit these people down, and then say that they are going to go see strippers, or a sex party, porn or buy. It is a symbiotic relationship. Any person involved in the purchase or use is neither better nor worse than the person offering the service or product. All those billions of porn videos purchase have not been acquired by one person. I saw porn magazines and also with men, so I will not be hypocritical and say bad things about working in this industry. Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars in Pisces Moon in Libra

Health:

psychological resources such as hope, optimism, personal control, sense of meaning and subjective well known to exert a protective influence on health. The Greek physician Hippocrates anticipates that positive emotions and health outcomes can be linked through multiple pathways. In developed countries and developing countries, health is seen as the most valuable asset for a good quality of life, especially in the later years of life. Good health is a key facilitator of the citizen to contribute to society. Smith (1990) said: "In the past, good health means the absence of disease." Today the definition of health is the high-level wellness goes beyond the absence of the disease to its full potential which includes body, mind and spirit. High level wellness is the integration of the health component, ie, emotional, physical, social, spiritual and mental.

The common origin of the word "health" of "hoelth", a word in English which means strong or sound and the whole body (Dolfman, 1973). There is a contemporary sense of the term. A definition of nursing to health in keeping with the theme that health is a subjective phenomenon that operationalize has been proposed by Lynn. Lynn, 1990 health is defined as a subjective representation of a person consisting of evaluation somatic sense of self (how one feels) and functional capacity (how is being done). A health are manifested in the subjective decision that is experiencing well-being or disease. These subjective experiences are dynamic and are a result of the interaction between man and the environment. While a person is able to assess how he / she is feeling and doing at some level, the person has health.

The World Health Organization (WHO, 1948) defines health as a state of "complete, mental and social, physical well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. "Thus the World Health Organization (WHO) has stated very clearly that the absence of disease is not enough for health. This emphasizes the definition of positive and negative dimensions of health. adverse health or ill health has a subjective component expressed in the concept of diseases and ailments and a stated objective component in respect of illness, injury, disability or deformity. positive health has two components: wellness and fitness. This state implies a proper balance of physical, mental ingredients of society. Fitness can be considered physical objective components, while the well-being may indicate that the psychosocial component of positive health.

Lau (1995) found that when healthy young adults were asked to describe in their own words "what it means to be healthy for you?" his health beliefs can be understood within the following dimensions: –

Ø Physiological/Physical- Good Condition, having energy.

Ø Pathological-happy, energetic, feel good psychologically.

Ø Behavior-eating and sleeping properly.

Ø Future therefore live longer.

Ø The absence of, for example, sickness, disease and symptoms.

Kasl and Cobb (1966) asserts that health behavior is any activity performed by a person believing himself to be healthy in order to prevent the disease or its detection in an asymptomatic phase. Therefore, positive health can be defined as activities that can prevent disease, detect disease and disability at an early stage, to promote and improve health, or protect against the risk of injury. Therefore, "positive health can be defined as any each activity carried out by a frequency or intensity increases or decreases the health condition "

As we all know that good health is a gift from God, but having good health is not enough, but to keep it as important. For this reason, one should also focus on lifestyle, health and positive thinking.

Adopt a healthy lifestyle

  • Exercise. Regular physical activity has a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. There's nothing like aerobic exercise to relieve stress and accumulated tension.
  • a healthy. Eat healthy well fed bodies are better prepared to deal with stress, so consider what you eat. Start your day with breakfast, and maintain your energy and your mind clear with balanced meals, nutrition during all day.
  • Reduce caffeine and sugar. The temporary "highs" caffeine and sugar provide often end with a drop in mood and energy. By reducing the amount of coffee, soft drinks, chocolate and sugar snacks in your diet, you will feel more relaxed and sleep better.
  • Avoid alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. Self-medication with alcohol or drugs can provide an easy way out of stress, but relief is only temporary. Do not avoid or mask the problem in question and discuss their problems in the head and with a clear mind.
  • Get enough sleep. Fuels adequate sleep your mind and your body. Feeling tired will increase your stress, because it can cause you to think irrationally.

The positive aspect of health is reflected in the Arab proverb: "A man, who is healthy, has an optimistic view and it has an optimistic view, has everything "(Husain, 2005).

Positive thoughts for good health:

Happy people are always focusing on events, good and decent quality of life, have vision optimistic view of life. Positive thinking can help people to gain peace of mind, improving health and achieving a steady stream of energy. Positive thinking can have a beneficial effect on human health by increasing a person's intellectual, physical resources, psychological and social. Positive thinking leads to opportunity, Positive thinking is healthy. By practicing positive thinking can increase positive emotions, feelings and positive mental attitude to improve the quality of life of people and heal your body from disease and stress.

As Frederickson (2001) Positive emotions increase the resources of individuals, cognitive and social, which in turn, help them cope more effectively with stressful experiences and live healthier.

According to Nudel and Nudel, positive thinking is an effective way to attain control of bio-energy healing. Maintaining a positive energy level in his own field of bioenergy healer reduces stress and emotional strain on the healer and other positive emotions and feelings and a positive mental attitude can improve quality of life of people and heal your body from disease and stress.

On the other hand, negative emotions and feelings bring poisonous toxins to the body. Strong negative emotions such as anger, resentment, envy, jealousy, and fear that the endocrine system accumulate toxic substances in the blood. Anxiety, depression, and doubt can also cause blood poisoning. Long passive and negative emotions are even more dangerous to health than for assets, sudden and momentary negative emotions. Negative emotions shorten life. The treatment of physical symptoms with positive thoughts and statements became popular in France a century ago and still has the power to overcome unwanted states (stress, tension and unhappiness). The thoughts and feelings are reality and a touch of color to it. Thus, unhappiness is a gray world and reality. To change a gray world and overcome the feeling of unhappiness, anxiety or tension, it is necessary to refocus mind in a positive, healing thoughts. When people predict that something bad will happen to them, is more likely to happen because negative thoughts are reflected in its unconscious. Moreover, the person may develop psychosomatic illnesses (Approximately 70% of all illnesses are psychosomatic, or caused by stress mental). psychosomatic illnesses get worse when they are given special attention. Instead of paying direct attention to pain or illness, every time a negative thought occurs, say something like: "It will be better I think." When the desire of any desired condition is established in the mind, somehow the unconscious mind drives the desire for achievement, not magically, but through mental programming. Besides healing diseases, positive attitudes help one to endure difficulties and problems, making correct decisions, and overcoming obstacles. Do not focus on negative events, try to find a positive outlook. For example, people should understand that they have read more or think more of others in order to find the perfect forms of communication. For the thoughts of individuals are positive or negative, as reflected in their social or asocial behavior. People should observe and conceive the world around them, as well as their inner worlds, with a positive outlook. Healers must have "a positive mental state" before you start practicing bio-energy healing. Healers communicate with others giving people energy. "Negative energy can bring healing, damage and is only destructive to both a healer and a healee. Energy Healing is a "positive energy" sent by "a positive mind." His thoughts are under your control, and can be very powerful.

Positive thoughts can motivate healthy behaviors such as eating healthy foods and physical activity. It's simple really. If you think you may have 10,000 steps a day, you will be more likely to walk extra to reach their goal. If you know You Can avoid holiday weight gain, you will feel great when you pass the buffet tempting desserts and fit comfortably in their winter clothes. If you set your mind to do something, you can do. Positive thinking can help you achieve and maintain behavior healthy, such as the increased physical activity or limit their intake of sugar.

Peale (1996) has measured the success of positive-thinkers and found that those who think in a positive way they can lose weight or increase your physical activity, these people are more successful than people with less faith in itself themselves. The confidence they have in performing a given behavior is called self-efficacy, self-efficacy is a key element in successful behavior change.

A "I can do" may be just what it takes to start a healthier lifestyle. Best of all, his attitude is something you can control. You have the option to have a positive attitude. It is likely that when you choose to think positively, you will feel better about yourself and be able to perform better in any everything you do.

HOW TO STAY POSITIVE:

Positive thinkers admit when they are frustrated or depressed. They do not ignore it. But do not blame themselves. Instead, try to understand the negative thoughts and feelings and counter them with the most positive. So How to maintain a positive attitude, maintain momentum and sustain healthy behaviors? Here are some tips given by Peale (1996): –

Ø Find a good role model. There is always someone who seems to be doing exactly what you want done. Perhaps is scheduled exercise Into Your workday and switched from coffee to herbal tea. Learn from a successful friend, family member or colleague. Ask how to stay healthy and follow.

Ø Try some positive self-talk and avoid negative talk. Take a minute to Join an ego boost. Repeat some motivational words aloud or to yourself. negative comments, "I can not do it," I'm fat "is dangerous for their welfare and health goals. Try to avoid negative self-talk before you get hurt. Remember that you deserve happiness and can make positive changes.

Ø Seek support. Tell your friends and family about your healthy habits. It helps to have a building network.

The process to write down your personal action plan is a good way to stay honest and see your progress or pitfalls.

Positive thinking is the mental attitude that goes in the mind through words and images that are conducive to growth, expansion and success. It is the mental attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action, what the mind expects, it finds.

The power of thought positive can change and improve their lives. Keep the positive thinking and attitude will lead to success, healthy living and happiness. Positive thinking is a habit that is correct practice. Positive thinking is something you have to do every day as much as possible and whenever I can. By practicing everyday thinking positive create a mood in which are positive constant becomes a state of being positive. In doing so, he finally found a lot of positive energy that will to create a positive situation for all days. emotions and positive feelings and a positive mental attitude can improve quality of life of people and heal their bodies disease and help restore health.

A positive approach to the thought of Martin (1991) is called the three C's: Commitment, Control and Challenge.

Commitment: Make a positive commitment to yourself, learn, work, family, friends, nature, and other worthy causes. Praise yourself and others, always dreaming of success, be enthusiastic.

Control: Keep your mind focused on important things. Set goals and priorities for what they think and do. Viewing the practice of their actions. Develop a strategy for addressing the problems. Learn to relax. Enjoyment success. Be honest with yourself.

Challenge: Be brave. Change and improve each day. Do Your Best and not look back. See learning and change as opportunities. Try new things. Consider several options. Meet new people. Ask lots of questions. Keep track of your mental and physical health. Be optimistic.

Martin (1991) has shown that people with these characteristics are winners in good times and survivors in difficult times. "… … The people who begin consciously to modify their inner conversations and assumptions report an almost immediate improvement in performance. Their energy increases and things seem to go better … "

Commitment, control and challenge help build self-esteem, reduce stress, live longer promote healthy and positive thinking.

Mental and emotional expectations can influence medical outcomes. The effectiveness of any medical treatment depends part of the utility expected to be. Since we know that our sense of inadequacy of resources lead to stress, we can overcome this situation by maximize our efforts and our positive thoughts like "I can do, even with limited resources," "What if I am being without resources, I can handle this. "This way of thinking can only be developed through positive thinking.

Positive affirmations are created by the positive thought to counter negative thoughts. These affirmations neutralize negative thoughts and build your confidence in yourself. Positive affirmations into shape opportunities that are always present to some extent in a difficult situation.

leave a positive thinking to bear difficulties and problems, make good decisions and overcome the obstacles, tensions, and stay healthy. People should observe and conceive the world around them and their inner worlds, with a positive outlook.

The spiritual force promotes positive thinking, positive ideas, positive habits, positive attitudes and positive efforts. There are qualities that promote wisdom, physical and mental wellness. Positive emotions stimulate the nervous system that protects the heart and reduces blood pressure. A realistic assessment of one's limitations, the development of autonomy and the ability to effectively handle the stress that people can improve their thinking positive. The ability to recognize, accept and manage our feelings play an integral role in our emotional development.

The meaning of life is very important to develop positive thinking. Those who have meaning in their lives are more likely to develop positive thinking. It has been observed that people who have meaning in their lives are more in favor of reducing the stress of healthy living.

Develop positive thinking person should be open to new ideas, activities and make new things and new innovations, so that they can be more positive in their thinking.

Positive thinking can be developed by positive self-talk same, healthy attitudes, following effective fitness programs (healthy diet), financial strength, hope, new ideas, sense of responsibility, etc, can also develop positive thinking through the acquisition of new knowledge through the promotion of mental activities that allow us to create an environment in which useful and productive life can be enjoyed.

Practice positive self-talk will improve your appearance. When your mood is generally optimistic, you are able to handle everyday stress in a constructive way. This capability can greatly contribute to the observed health benefits of positive thinking. Thought positive negative stress reduction. As is very clear that people who think positively are more optimistic than people who do not.

CONCLUSION:

It is very clear from the above discussion that the people who think positively enjoy a better and healthy life. Positive thoughts can motivate healthy behaviors as healthy eating and physical activity. Positive thinking is the process of creating thoughts, which creates energy and focus on reality, to bring in creating a positive outcome, which they see as a benefit for himself or others. This is a powerful gift we all have, but many people are not aware of it.

Thus, it can be said positive developments are even sweeter when you see them as evidence of what is to come and see yourself as the master of his own destination. Therefore, we can say that those who practice positive thinking regularly tend to experience more success, which can add up to a less stressful and more healthy life.
