Spending for Teens
Window shopping may be fun but it is much better to actually buy the items desired.
Teens, just like anyone, want to have cool stuff. Gadgets ranging from the latest iPods, game consoles to the latest fashion, name it and teens would want it. There’s a limitation though, and that’s called money.
Sons and daughters of the rich and famous may be lucky to have what they want but for an average teenager, it can be frustrating.
Luckily, parents do give teens the opportunity to spend money wisely. Sometimes the allowances are given on a weekly basis so as to train the teens in managing and budgeting their own money. Lately though, credit card companies come up with an ingenious strategy of coming up with credit cards exclusively for teens.
There are a number of available credit cards for teens. Parents are now seeing the advantages of getting one because these particular credit cards have a spending limit which means, teens could not go on a shopping spree anytime they want.
It is also a great way to monitor the spending habits of teens and to determine if money was very well spent.
Teens at this point should know how to limit spending habits. It is a great way of training oneself to be responsible in spending money. It should be implanted in the young teen’s mind that the money is hard-earned money and it would be a poor repayment to let the parents pay burgeoning debts for unimportant stuff.
For teens, it is advisable to get reliable advice from parents because they are the best resource on how to budget money. In order to train oneself, why not accompany mom in buying grocery and see how she manages the money intended for grocery? Did she impulsively get the products in the supermarket or did she have a list of things to buy? From that point of view, the teen gets to see that before purchasing something, a careful planning was done.
Next, know the difference between want and need. There is a big difference between the two. Teens may want something that they don’t need while they need something that they don’t really want. The important thing is, before buying something, think first if it will be beneficial.
Finally, what’s life without friends? Indeed, friends can give valuable advices on what’s necessary or not. It is always good to remember that honest money is not easy to earn. Therefore, buy something that is every inch the money’s worth.

how do i burn body fat without losing weight?
i’m a female, 18 years old, 5’3″ and 120 lbs. which i think is pretty normal. i wouldn’t mind losing maybe 5 lbs, but im mostly interested in burning fat. is there a strategy specifically made for teen girls? and how do i measure my progress?
Well if You Don‘t want to lose much weight, and burn fat, the only solution is to start building muscle tissue.
You Can‘t burn fat and keep the same weight, you need something to replace it.
Start soing abdominal exercises like crunches and sit ups.
Maybe some body toning.
