Downloading a game, can you explain how? .. link included?

I was looking to download this game and have found the place to do it:) http://www.games-downloadlinkz.com/2009/04/starshine-legacy-mystery-of.html I'm not sure how I would go about this, could help:) and please do not repy saying, or not illigal:) I also know that if you download the files, they are. Rar, anyone know what to do with them:) x And another issue:) I can ask do I have to do after his removal?
