My computer registers my Samsung DVD-ROM SD-616E, but will not play a DVD or CD. How do I fix it?
When I go to the Trouble Shooter it will not troubleshoot, and the computer says it is working well. Any solutions?
If you’re trying to play a movie dvd or cd, make sure that a dvd decoder is installed. This costs money. That may not be the problem though. Check for updated drivers also.
