What makes good chips fish n chip shop, is there any secret ingredients etc?
LEX ……. I do not know what went wrong with fish British and chips in recent years, because when I was a boy who is brill and most Chippie could put some chips but now it's beautiful went tits up ….. i used to look at the bottom of my container of the chip to the last bite, but now I'm happy when I'm done ….. say, s until the fat s fried in some years ago was healthier, drips, etc ,…. There are so many Britons do not make a living out of this trade than original recipes lost forever
