I just bought these headphones Sennheiser CX400 from eBay. ARE FAKE? They have no retail packaging.

I bought these from a reputable seller on Ebay in London are said to be cheaper because they are not in retail packaging and accessories that no retailers have Sennheiser. The image bag is sealed and has a bar code and everything and looks authentic to me. What is your opinion? Do You Think they're fake? I really hope that theyre not. Well, one way to check is to look for the logo on the back of the handset that arent real fake have probably bought most probably directly from the manufacturer. it would also be the reason for the low cost, like buying that cuts packaging costs
