Sand & Water Tables are a Great Outdoor Kids Toy
Remember the days of playing in the dirt with our pail and shovels? How about building sand castles at the beach? Toy boats in the pool? Say the word sandbox to a kid today and many do not know what You Are talking about. Introduce sand castles and making shapes to your little ones with a sand and water play table. Let the hours of fun begin!
The traditional sand box is usually a wooden frame with lots of sand over a bare ground allowing exposure to bugs and animals. This usually meant when you reached the bottom of the sand box, you hit dirt. And all the worms and critters could come up through the ground into the sand box, and the last thing you ever wanted to find while playing happily in the sand was a bug. Not only that, but sand would invariably wind up outside the sand box, and all over the yard, instead of staying where it was supposed to. And playing in water or mud puddles is not only messy, but very unsanitary.
Thankfully, there are several upgrades to the old playgrounds of our days. The Sand and Water Table combo enables kids to have those hours and hours of fun without having to be concerned about virtually any of the drawbacks from the “good old days”. Parents don’t have to worry about what the kids are playing in or what type of unsanitary conditions are around.
The sand table is very similar to the traditional sand box but it is not on the ground. This means no bugs, no digging through the bottom of it into the dirt and above all, most of the sand says neatly within the table area, meaning no huge messy area around the sandbox. And the water table gives kids a safe, sanitary place to play in the water without having to worry about what else could be in the water, or having them playing in the mud. All you have to do is set the tables up, add either the sand or water to the play area and sit back and relax while the kids have a fantastic time playing.
And for about the same price you’d pay to build a sand box and fill it with sand, You Can get the Sand and Water Table both. It is affordable and easy to store at the end of the day or season. Simply pour the sand back into its container, empty the water table out, stack them up and store them away. They’re all ready to be used again the next time. In terms of “bang for your buck” there isn’t a better value available that gives the kids hours of fun, but also gives you peace of mind that you’re able to pass on the simple joys of childhood to a new generation.
