Do I have to worry about downloading illegal ROM files?

I read somewhere that you have to delete them in 24 hours or so, do I really or should I? They are ROM files for a N64 emulator, and they are illegal! I know that, but do I have to worry about somebody finding out that I have them?

Yes of course! This is due to copyright by the games producers. The ROM files are made to give you a demo of the game. And if you like it, You Can purcahse the original copy and have fun.

Of course, on a personal account, just make sure you keep them to yourself and no one else. If You Think you really fear someone will find out, then you can just delete them. But if you do not, then just keep them.

It is really up to you, cause the file is in your hands..
