WithVodafone I have a job interview, role play is included, any advice?

I have a job interview for a customer service advisor in a few days with 'I brushed Vodafone.I on interview techniques, but part of the interview is a part-play.I get very nervous in such situations and I've never done an interview on anyone tell me what to expect before.Can or offer any advice? thanks

They will ask you to tell them about yourself first probably.Just tell you that this would be his first job and is looking to be more responsible and pay for their own things.Try and relax and remember these people are going to be lucky have to work for them if you decide to take the job.Ask them questions like, what do you like about working here? ect.Get to talk about themselves, which is a good how do like them and remember you.Tell that you like talking to people and help them and I think it would be great in customer service and they are a people person.Good luck!
