Why do the soles of my feet and palms of the hands of a red color?

For some reason, the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands are red. Looks like I slapped my hand on something and my hands are a reddish color. Same with feet. What? It's my blood to accumulate in these areas, any reason? How I can make it go away?
