What happened to Roberta Williams of Sierra fame?
I adore old-school Adventure Games like the Laura Bow and Kings Quest series. Does anybody know if Sierra and/or Roberta Williams has any intention of rereleasing such classics as a compilation? I think it’d be awesome to play adventure games on the Nintendo DS!
Well, Roberta Williams retired from the field in 1998 and no longer has anything to do with making Video Games.
Sadly, Vivendi has bought Sierra and gutted them. It’s unlikely that we’ll see a compilation of Sierra games anytime soon, unless the rights to those games are sold off to a new studio with interest in doing just that.
