Can you download a GBA ROM into my computer?

I used to have and buy the GBA game called Hamtaro Heartbreak, but missed. Like much this game and want to play again. So it's OK if I can download the game, although I used to own that? I would also like to play Pokémon Pinball Ruby & Sapphire and I doubt that game stores are selling these GBA games, so I can download that too, or allof this is still illegal …?

Technically remains illegal. But probally not find any of these games in a video game store. So there is probally no harm at all to download a rom for this. Just be careful about getting viruses, I have one about a week ago and was an unpleasant one. Have fun with your roms!
