What is TD Bank’s penny arcade? Will they exchange cash for change (coins) for free if I don’t belong there?
I have a jar filled with coins and I want to exchange them for dollar bills. I was wondering if TD Bank will do it for free of charge even if I am not a member there. What is the process and what is the penny arcade? Thanks in advance…
They let you put your change in a machine that counts it and gives you a reciept. You Can take the reciept to the teller and she will give you the cash amount. You do not need to have an account with them to use the penny arcade
