Why not say to send the original box of Xbox 360 repair?
I called the customer service center, the other day and have started a repair, they sent me an email saying how to make navigation and so on. But the guy told me not to send the original box! Why is this? It makes sense to send canned the original box, because that is where is better. Thanks guys.
The original box, in addition to telling the whole world exactly what is inside the box is not designed to survive shipping, is designed to keep things in place and look good on a shelf in the store. When they are sent to the original store are packaged in just over protective. The actual shipping box cardboard is thicker and has better padding it to prevent the 360 to get physically damaged during shipping.
