Rugs for the Rookie Hollywood Criminal
According to Hollywood, most rookie criminals have no idea how they should transport their victim without leaving blood all over the place. Stumbling about, the first thing they’ll probably think of grabbing will be a shower curtain or the living room curtains; like I said, they’re rookies, or rather actors playing rookies! What these bumbling idiots should keep an out for lies underneath the body, an area rug. Yes, a rug. Designed for easy storage and can be easily rolled up even with a body lying on top of it, it’ll hold in place until you get to your destination.
Let’s take a look at Hollywood and recap a couple common scenarios that can usually be found in an episode or two of CSI. Usually there’s some sort of argument between a couple that has marital problems, or maybe it’s a burglary gone wrong; whatever the scenario, there’s going to be a dead or dying body bleeding someone. The antagonist who offed the guy will most likely panic for a second, figuring out how he should exactly transport the body from point A to point B. The solution: move the coffee table out of the way and roll him up in the rug!
But here’s what these character actors should consider when researching their role as the betrayed husband or inept burglar: what kind of rug would be best for this situation? Wool rugs, bamboo rugs, nylon or even Persian rugs all have different qualities and piling, which matters if they’re carrying a bloody body from their home to the back of their car. Even though bamboo rugs can be easily cleaned, they probably won’t have enough strength to hold a 200 pound person. Persian rugs and wool rugs can easily be laundered, but it’s nylon rugs that can handle heavy duty staining, which is what’s probably used in those Hollywood murder scenes.
Assuming that you wouldn’t actually emulate those bloody scenes and use a rug for any malicious kind of purpose, it’s always a good idea to have a rug lying around to keep your floors protected from any scuffing or stains. Additionally, they’re good to have in areas that have a lot of foot traffic as they’ll keep those areas clean. And just because Hollywood seems to make a killing off of rugs doesn’t mean that you should! Leave that to the special effects team!

On the book Murder on the orient express, how was justice served?
What exaclty does the question mean? And how can justice be served in this book exactly, the book was confusin.
Well it must be over 30 years since I read the book.
If memory serves me correctly, a group of people conspire to murder a man who was responsible for the kidnapping and murder of a child.
The group were 14 in number and each one had been intimately involved with the original case, either as family members, servants, friends, doctor, etc.
The original crime was set in America and the entire group from that, took it upon themselves to find the person who was responsible, and from that point to be involved in the execution and in the actuality of the killing of this man.
I do not believe in a Death Penalty, so I cannot condone the actions portrayed in the book.
Justice cannot be served by revenge, that is why courts have judges who are responsible for sentencing.
The question is confusing and from this I expect that the book was not supplying you with the answer you were seeking.
