Name of a toy that resembled micro machines, but they expanded, push a button, war mode or something?

I remember the commercial being something like, “Get ready to expand!” These were future military looking toys, the ones that I had were a Humvee looking jeep and a Hovercraft. The Humvee had a red button on the top middle part that with some kind of spring action made the truck transform into a mini base. The Hovercraft was larger, and it shot out a mini-boat from the front and expanded with the push of some red button in the middle. The little soldier men were very small, the good guys were solid white and bad guys were solid black? Very detailed little pieces of hard plastic i believe. The time frame could only be from around 1984 to 1995 max. I am from south Texas but i doubt this toy was only regionally based. ( There Were no magnets or tv show or cartoon that these toys came from) The little soldiers were future looking and stuck in on position. One guy was kneeling shooting a big gun while other was standing. I have looked and asked people around me but no luck.

Sounds like M.A.S.K. but cant be I guess, cos the figures were all posable.
