Williams% R indicator

Williams% R momentum oscillator is a simple but effective and was described by Larry Williams for the first time in 1973.
It shows the relationship of the close relative to the high-low range over a given period of time.

Williams% R calculation

Typically, Williams % R is calculated using 14 periods and can be used in the day, everyday weekly or monthly data. The time frame and the number of periods will likely vary according to the desired sensitivity and the characteristics of individual security. The scale ranges from 0 to -100 with readings from 0 to -20 considered overbought, and readings from -80 to -100 considered oversold. How is Williams% R created. William% R shows the relationship of the close relative to the high-low range over a given period of time. The closer the close is at the top of the range, it closer to zero (higher) the indicator will be. The closer the close is at the bottom of the range, closer to -100 (lower) the indicator. If the closure is equal to the high high end bass, then the indicator will show 0 (the highest reading). If the close equals the low of the low-high range, then the result will -100 (The lowest reading). Market price Psychology Each value is a consensus among traders. The recent high-end shows that the bulls or buyers maximum power. The low of the recent range reflects the maximum power of bears during that trading range. The most important consensus is as always the closing price.% R Williams compares each closing price to the range of the last bulls that indicates whether the price can be closed at the top of the range, or bears can foreclose on the lower price. The price may be pushed higher or lower during the day, but the Williams% R indicate to which group is really able to close the market. If bulls can not close the market near the top of a rally that are weaker than they seem and this creates an opportunity to sell short. If bears can not close the market near the lows in lower then they are weaker than they seem and this creates a buying opportunity. Car Rally / Mobilization Help!?

Ok, this is a kind of two questions in one. First, are the Street Legal rally car? I'm talking about a type of rally car rookie, not a professional, type of Colin McRae rally car. The other part of the question is after playing DiRT (video game), is there Racing Cars like the BMW X3 or Toyota Tundra and these raids, rally think they are called ..? And if so, it is more difficult to compete in one of those races compared with a normal rally race?

According to the rules of any regional or international sanctioning body such as the WRC, the car must be legal to the rules security of the region in particular has been registered the car and what condition the car is currently competing in. However, most of them are barely legal street. Look at NY for the love of the gods. There are lots of rally cars in this matter, but NY law requires everything to be approved by the DOT. Cages, seats, water intakes, harnesses, wheels, tires, gravel, fuel cells, exposed wires just a lot of things are not DOT. But if you really met all DOT regulations then none of us have a race car. FIA is stupid because our team is better than the DOT standards. We are particularly concerned about the lights and we are required by sanctioning bodies to obey all traffic control devices. You Can run almost any car you want at the rally. The less there are 26,000 (I think around here) or less of them sold worldwide in a year. No cars tubular frame all stock car single platform. Never heard of the raids Rally earlier. A x3 or tundra not a good rally car in my opinion. However, there are some trucks out there and everything you want to build is yours. So long as they meet the necessary construction rules.
