Ten tips for art lovers
Ah, Paris! – The famous city of romance and style, with its architectural treasures, the famous fashion houses and museums that great a dazzling array of pieces art. This is by far one of the best destinations in the world of art. The largest and possibly most impressive is the gallery of the Louvre Museum, which houses between many other pieces, Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa. Fans of the classics should visit the Musee d'Orsay, which has a number of pieces of 19th and 20th century artists like Cézanne, Renoir, Monet, Manet and Van Gogh. For lovers of modern art, the Pompidou Center will not fail to impress – it is worth visiting to see its industrial exterior inside-out, which slurry caused controversy over the years. Paris is also home to the Picasso Museum and the Rodin Museum.
The stunning city of Rome is positively rife with stunning architecture and art that spans hundreds of years. The Vatican Museums were founded in the century 16 and the home of a large number of parts of the Roman Catholic Church. The vibrant city of London is filled with an eclectic mix of galleries and museums. Classical, contemporary and highly controversial – this City has it all. This vast former Central showcases the work of Salvador Dali Sarah Lucas, Pablo Picasso, Mark Rothko, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Henri Matisse among many others. Tate Britain is also worth a visit as it houses the largest collection British art in the world and showcases the work of the last five centuries in a series of exhibitions changes. There is an impressive sample of Western European painting at the National National Portrait Gallery and the Gallery is the place to go and see a diverse collection of portraits.

New York
New York is a fabulous city but frantic, with literally hundreds of art galleries waiting to be discovered. Fans contemporary art need to visit the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Founded in 1929 as an educational institution, the gallery houses a magnificent blend of modern painting and contemporary, drawing, photography, sculpture and more.
Located in an impressive building, the Metropolitan Museum of Art proudly offers work many different genera. The artists who have exhibited have included Jeff Koons and JWM Turner. Located in Manhattan, the emblematic Guggenheim Museum is itself a work of art. Designed Frank Lloyd Wright, the building was originally created to showcase works of art by early modernists and now houses an impressive array of art, including works by Pablo Picasso and Wassily Kandinsky.
Barcelona
With its sandy beaches, beautiful buildings and a pleasant climate throughout the year this city is ideal for visit to enjoy the sun and culture!

Visitors can expect to see sculptures Henry Moore, paintings by Edvard Munch and a large number of works by impressionists, expressionists, Bauhaus, surrealist and contemporary movements. The Old Gallery National however, is a classic building an excellent selection of 19th century and is located in the heart of the city.
For an unusual experience, moving the Berlin Wall East Side Gallery is a must. The gallery is the largest outdoor gallery in the world – and occupies a 1.3 km section of the current Berlin Wall. More than 105 paintings from the deck of the monument, to celebrate freedom and the end of the division.
Chicago
There is much to say about of 'the windy city of Chicago. This friendly and diverse city regularly hosts many festivals, exhibitions and parades, and is renowned for its arts scene.
The Art Institute of Chicago is an art school and museum combined. Visit here to see the impressive array of sculptures, paintings, photography, drawings and textiles. In addition to a series of miniature rooms that represent the interiors of the late 13th century until the 1930s.
The Chicago Cultural Center is a symbol of the city that features more than 1,000 exhibitions and programs covering a wide range of arts each year. The building is well worth a visit if only to see the magnificent architecture.
The Museum of Contemporary Art is an excellent space, showing a series of thought-provoking contemporary works. Whereas Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design is dedicated to all areas of the discipline – product design, architecture, urban and industrial planning.
Florence
The city of Florence is a high traffic destination is popular among tourists who have traveled the world to see some of the most spectacular pieces Renaissance art in the world. It will be impossible for most visitors to experience all that Florence has to offer, therefore, a trip to the Gallery Uffizi is a must. The gallery is home to many of Italy's most famous paintings, such as the birth of Venus by Sandro Botticelli. Be sure to book your ticket with a lot of advance the long queues are guaranteed. The Academy of Art Gallery displays a remarkable collection of paintings by Michelangelo, another gallery that can not be lose!
There is a good collection of Medieval and Renaissance works in the Gallery of the Spedale degli Innocenti, go see the magnificent building, which is itself set a good example of the Renaissance period.
Vienna
The city of Vienna boats a heady mix of Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings create a perfect base for art lovers. There is an abundance of museums and art galleries waiting to be explored, such as the Museum of Applied Arts, Museum Quartier Wien, Gallery Austrian and the Museum Moderner Kunst.
Visit the Museum of Applied Arts to see the impressive collection of glassware, china, silverware, furniture and textiles of the Middle Ages to the present. The museum also features works by famous Austrian artist Gustav Klimt.
Quartier Museum Wien (Museum Quarter) is composed of three complex of buildings: Kunsthalle Wien Leopold Museum, Black and White Cube Cube. This is a fantastic area to be photographed because the buildings create an unusual contrast with each other and is the perfect place to see a variety of fascinating exhibits. Some classics, some subversive.
Finally, the Austrian Gallery offers a range of Baroque art and medieval European art with 19th and 20th century.
Amsterdam
This beautiful city is famous for its iconic tulips, narrow streets, most channels and bridges. It is also home to many great art galleries, the most famous Van Gogh Museum.
The Van Gogh Museum houses the largest collection of works of art by Vincent Van Gogh in the world and is a must in Amsterdam. The Stedelijk Museum offers one of the largest collections of modern art in the world, exhibiting works of Impressionism, Fauvism, Cubism and Expressionist movements. There is also a magnificent display of Dutch photography.
