I do not see your previous question, so I'm not sure what was discussed. You should not remove a new pump heat. What you need to do is ask for instructions on how to use it economically. A heat pump, especially a new 13 SEER heat pump or better. Will, or should not cost more than an old air conditioning at this time of year. If you're running all the time in air conditioning will run up your electric bill as a / c will. Give the opportunity to work at home. if the accounts are well above the top is the installation company come back and check the operation of quality control. If they want you happy (and out of the back!) That will help. A heat pump is a good investment!
