Knights Nine

In Oblivion for Xbox 360, how do I start the Knights of the Nine quests?

I bought the Goty Edition.
Where should I ask about rumors? I have been asking around for a while, and nothing about Anvil.

If you ask people about rumors, you may eventually hear that there’s been quite a bit of commotion in Anvil involving an attack on the Chapel of Mara. As soon as you enter Anvil with the Knights of the Nine expansion installed, you should get a quest update after a few seconds about the quest ‘Pilgrimage’ or a new speech topic called ‘Prophet’ or ‘Anvil Chapel Attack’. Ask anyone about either of these two and they’ll reveal that a seemingly insane man has been preaching outside the ruined Chapel of Mara in Anvil (You Can go inside the chapel if you want, to satisfy a morbid curiosity. All the priests and healers have been killed and Daedric letters have been inscribed on the floor with their blood.) Talk to this man (you’ll find him right across the street from the chapel all day) and listen to tales of Pelinal Whitestreak and the Knights of the Nine until you get the option to tell him that you will quest for the Crusader’s Relics. When he asks if you’re a hero, respond ‘No, I have no claim to fame.’ and you can begin the quest ‘The Pilgrimage’, the first step of the Knights of the Nine questline, which involves visiting a Wayshrine to every one of the Nine Divines.
Just a warning- ANY infamy you have will be reduced all the way to zero if you complete the Pilgrimage, since, in order to wear any of the extremely useful equipment you gain from the Knights of the Nine quests, you can’t have any infamy.

The Dark Knight is a 2008 American superhero film co-written and directed by Christopher Nolan. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is a sequel to Batman Begins, which was released in 2005. Christian Bale again stars in the lead role as Batman. Batman’s primary conflicts in the film include his fight against the Joker, played by Heath Ledger and his strained friendship with district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart). The Dark Knight opened on July 18th, 2008 in the United States with midnight screenings. The Dark Knight set a single-day box office record of $67.8 million, breaking a record of $59.8 million previously held by Spider-Man 3. The film also surpassed the $151.1 million opening weekend record of Spider-Man 3 with an opening of $158.4 million. The Dark Knight has also become one of the most well-reviewed commercial releases in years and is already generating Oscar buzz.

For his conception of the film, Nolan was inspired by the Joker’s first two appearances in the comics and Batman: The Long Halloween. The Dark Knight was filmed primarily in Chicago (as was Batman Begins), as well as in several other locations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The director used an IMAX camera to film six major action sequences, including the Joker’s first appearance in the film.

Warner Bros. created an aggressive viral marketing campaign for The Dark Knight, developing promotional websites and trailers highlighting screenshots of Heath Ledger as the Joker. After Ledger’s death in January 2008, however, the studio refocused its promotional campaign.
