How do i finish Kane and Lynch?

I have got to the 15 chapter of Kane & Lynch and i had thought that i had beat the game. Until i found out that there is a 16th chapter, i can’t figure it out though. I read about it and it said that if you head towards the village instead of the helicopter you will open up the 16th chapter. I have tried this and it don’t work, there is no where for me to go, or it won’t let me go there. Do i have to play on a higher level? Has anyone gotten to the 16th chapter, if so how?

I’ve played the game a few times and played both endings. Go up to the chopper. Once you do, go back down the stairs and their should be a path to follow, it’s dark so the path can be kind of hard to find. Follow the path and that will open up the 16th Chapter.
