I can "buy a plane combat?
Can people buy fighter jets? For example, if I went to Russia and asked them: "I want one MIG and I can afford it, do you sell one? Or countries can only have this type of military vehicles?
Sure You Can, but not with the weapons. Many people buy and own warplanes. Have not you gone to a air show? Most Military Aircraft are privately owned by civilians. Good luck to you

Tubular welding – advice on what and how to use
Tubular welding is not a "new style", by be dated back to 1920. Instead of having the protection / stabilization of the flow outside the wire, as in "stick" rods, is the core cable. This thread is doing the same job as MIG welding gases used for gas.
In Weyerhaeuser Timber Company, periodically built trolley "Frameworks car." These are heavy metal frames where the car sits. We want to use a pantograph "machine" in a semi-automatic cut the pieces to the sill. Then we weld many pieces with a rod of "jet" (7024 type), which is super easy to run in the welds flat. The welds looked good.
For most welding, MIG welding is used heavy. We would like to play with "gas" and speed settings wire until it was good. Then just go and go till we reach the end of the pieces. Never had to worry about "duty cycle", he just kept his way. We could get a LOT done with GSI. If You Are going to do a lot of welding, you may want to start with a wire feed welder.
I prefer a pipe welder because there is no gas, no bottles of pressure adjustment, no problem with welding out in the wind. It is a decision personal, gas flow without heart. I would use the recommended setting ranges, running on the hotter "side just to get the feel and coordination of running balls. An inexpensive, casual use flow to the heart of the machine is little jobs well. For my larger jobs that I'll stick welder.
More tips and ideas for welding tubular:
* If you go through eBay but may want to go first welding supply stores and see them in person.
* Flux cored welders are primarily for thinner materials. If you go to work on cars and the like, would probably prefer to stick wire feed.
* I've done much work sheet with wooden bars, but I needed to use very small rods, also do a lot of "touch and go" welding, rather than continuous welds.
* One of the first accessories must be a pair of pliers MIG. " They are great for helping you keep your computer clean and be able to easily convert to a different cable sizes.
* When installing the first coil of wire, do not mess with bending around a lot, can be changed. Re-threading and removing any that already in the guide tube can be a pain.
* Once again, use the recommended settings, then make the necessary adjustments. Some machines are limited to the settings, so you may have to experiment with his gun positioning and arc length.
* I bet there are so many variations to the settings, as there are different manufacturers and models. Be patient and keep trying.
Machine Selection:
* This depends mostly on your budget, then exactly what kind of welding will be doing. If you feel you can go beyond to do their own thing, then get the best you can afford.
* The cheapest units are all more or less the same: for the light service home projects. The average price you can start your business, but you probably modernization as soon as you can afford.
Tubular Troubleshooting:
* Do not leave out the end of the cable when you're loading a new reel! You can not feed the right, even if you can get all non-Ravel and fed through.
* If you feel the power pushing against the bottom of the pond, turn the speed down or heat up (or both).
* Try not to hold the end of the nozzle very close to the pool. That can make splash as he entered the nose piece.
* At the start of welding, to stay temporarily to allow the puddle to form and complete the initial crater.
* Unequal power? Make sure the guide is not twisted or bent.
* Not You can see a Real Pool? Clean your helmet lens and approaches. If all you're seeing is a lot of sparks, you are not seeing what is happening. And again, you need go to a speed that allows time for a puddle to form.
About the Author
I started working as a Journey-level welder for Weyerheauser Timber Company more than 20 years ago. That was the same year that I became a certified welder in Washington State.
I weld today because it’s cool & interesting! If you can DREAM it, you can probably WELD it!

The purpose of my website is to educate the beginning welder in ALL RELATED skill areas of welding: running great beads, designing, preparing, layout, finishing, & troubleshooting problems.
