Why cant i play my game?

I downloaded the free trial of Inspector Parker, and when i open the game and push play game, the program doesn’t respond. What’s wrong and what can I do?

This happens to me sometimes. Not with that particular game, but other games that I have downloaded. The only solution I have come up with is reinstalling/redownloading the game. Most of the time this solves that problem…
