What kind of CD's or DVD's will not have the Imac to burn discs?

Like what kind of cd's it take Example: (CD-R or CD-RW) to burn discs. The 20-inch 2.4 Imac Giga Hertz.

I used the CD-R to work safely, but do not know about RW.

A brief story of the hard drive

The hard disk drive or hard drive plays an important role in the modern era of digital technology. You have a short but fascinating history. I think there are very few of us know the story behind this hardware. If you want to know a brief history of the hard drive, and then read this article until the end.

Storage capacity of the hard drive has gone from only 5 MB (Mega Bytes), in 1956 fifty 24-inch discs more than 1 TB (Tera Bytes) stored on a disk of 31 / 2 inches in diameter. This enormous growth was made possible by developments in various fields of knowledge including materials, mechanics, servo control, signal processing and electronics.

HDD was introduced in 1956 as data storage for a report IBM computer. On September 13, 1956, the IBM 305 RAMAC is the first team that comes with a hard drive that contained 50 24-inch disks and was able to store 5 million characters and weighed a ton. The system is as large as two refrigerators. And then, IBM introduced the IBM 1301 disk storage unit June 2, 1961, capable of storing 28 million characters.

The first HDD with 31 / 2 inches came from a company called Rodime in 1983. These units began as a device in a plug-in expansion card. Then in 1984, Western Digital makes the first Winchester hard disk controller card for the IBM PC / AT – and sets an industry standard. In 1992, Seagate comes out with the first shock of detection of 2.5-inch hard disk.

Start from the beginning of the 21st century, there are so many manufactures pushing the edge of this technology storage. As a result, we can find a hard disk of 1-inch that is 12 GB. Not only that, at the time this article was done, the market had already filled two TB hard drives.
