I heard a song that starts a bit like Star Wars imperial march (darth vader) on violins?
the chorus reminds me of portishead glory box, but it is definitely a male voice. I heard in played while walking through TKMAXX last
year (it was played just after female of the species by Space) but I think it came out in the 1990s. I have done lots of rooting around on the web, looking through songs that use the imperial march and checking out songs listed as chillout (although it’s a little more upbeat than that). It’s driving me mad, any ideas really appreciated, thanks x
The only one I can think of is, “Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve, which starts of with a classic violin piece.
