What airplane or helicopter Remote Control would you recommend for a child 10 years?
I am looking to buy a plane or helicopter remote control for my nephew who is turning 10. I see a lot online, but most of them do not tell you the age group served. I would like to get one can fly outdoors. My limit is $ 100. Does anyone have any recommendations? I certainly appreciate your help. Thanks!
The Air Hogs Aero Ace … I had one (I have 17) for a year just to have a fun little to do with friends. It is extremely easy to fly when air is calm (Speed wind under 5 mph), and best of all … its almost impossible to break with only a fall. It is flyable in spaces that are as small as about 20 square meters, but is much more fun in areas with about 40 square meters. The whole body is made of a foam material that is highly resistant to shock, and up very well. Tell however, that this plane will not last more than a few months so … If you want something that will last for years this is not what you want. It has a small problem struts with tear in the bottom of the wings during collisions, but if you simply put some tape or packing tape over the hole, Then There will fly as well as when new. Not sure where to find … I have myself in my local Toys'R'Us (For $ 40) so you should check there or maybe Amazon or eBay …
