How does a great chocolate mousse?

Ingredients 55-85g/2-3oz double black chocolate 110g/4oz cream Method 1. Place the cream a large bowl and using electric mixer, whisk until smooth and thick. 2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. A Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly. 3. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream to create a marble effect. 4. Pour the chocolate mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
