What to do after a great Dragon parasite in Dot Hack GU vol. 2?

I thought it was a great dragon parasite (the head bonus after defeated Skeith), and then I search the puck ended Martina (also sold all the elements of genius that were used to call a goblin gold). Now I do not know what to do! Are there missions or is the full game? Thanks if you answer this question!
