I’ve flashed my xbox 360 and played backed up games, would I get banned if I start playing original games? If I go completely legal, can I do something to avoid getting banned for what I’ve done in the past.
I haven’t joined xbox live yet!

If you ever Play Online with a modded system (flashed or hardware mod), You Can be banned whether or not you’re playing a burned game or not at the time. Forgiveness now doesn’t change the fact that you modified your system to play illegally downloaded or copied games, and that’s against the code of conduct that you agreed to when you joined Xbox Live. The only way to prevent being banned is to get a non-modded console and use that instead.

Edit: Copying and/or downloading games is usually an illegal action depending on your country, but I guess that most people don’t care about legality much anymore.
