Old 360 broke, new system have games?

Ok, so my xbox has been giving me the 3 red rings problem, but it is out of warranty and a couple months ago I purchased a chrome cover for it, which required taking off the old cover, voiding any warranty I might have still had, and I am not about to use the towel trick or anything that might make my xbox worse. Last month I took my hard drive over to my friends house to play minigolf (Arcade Game) with them. However, upon arriving I found that the hard drive was not enough to play the game, because they had not purchased the Full Version of the game.
So, if I were to purchase a new xbox, how would I go about getting my old Arcade Games? I Dont Know if his is something I could call microsoft about and maybe they would be able to help, or if there is another solution, but I am very eager to know. My 360 has about 30 arcade games on it, most with all in-game add-ons purchased for it, so there is alot of cash going to waste if I cannot fix this problem.

If you just swapped the faceplate, that doesn’t void any warranty. It was designed to do that.

I would think that the games would be tied to Xbox live gamertag, not to any particular console. I’d contact Xbox customer support to see what they say.
