Can you buy Mature Games on Eb Games, Game Stop, Target or Best Buy if You Are 16 and younger?

i want this game called Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories for my PSP….i went to target, Eb games and game stop but they told me i need an id and that i need to have an adult. i am only 12…do ALL the employees let u buy Mature games if your underage

Sometimes, you’re lucky enough to get a nice employee and let you buy the game.But most of the time, you’ll be asked for an ID or will have to be attended by somebody 17 or older. Sucks doesn’t it?
