What good flight planning software can I purchase for general Aviation Flight planning ?

I found many websites which allows me to make a flight plane online,, but I need a software which can be used offline due to the area I live in (no internet connection yet)

are both capable of being used offline. However you won’t have current weather etc. and you will need to go online to get the updates or file the plan.

I have used both and they both will work great.
