Call of Duty World At War Disk Unreadable Error?

Okay so i got my CODWAW disk in the mail, i opened the case and on the cover i saw a thin 3cm scratch near the hole of the disk. i Put it in the Xbox360 and played the first mission, it was flawless but then when i went on to the next mission it comes with the Disk Unreadable Error screen, Cod4MW seems to be working fine, when i turned to the back of the codWAW disk There Were Very very very thin lines maybe about 3 that circle the disk.
