Bleach: The Blade Of Fate character help?

I’ve read in many sites that to unlock Aizen as a playable character, you have to beat unmasked Konamura’s story. I’ve done that. Several times. Also, I’ve read that to unlock Soi Fon as a playable character, you have to beat the main story mode. I’ve also done that. Repeatedly. Is “clear” the same as complete for the main story mode? And otherwise, is there something wrong with my game since I haven’t gotten Aizen? Or are there other people this has happened to?
And yes, I know I ask a lot of questions -.-’

ok ya your question is very confusing but to unlock Aizen you have to do his story.

After completing Ichigo’s story, the episodes for Orihime, Uryu, Chad, and
Ganju are unlocked. Clearing their episodes opens up additional ones in the
following order:

Orihime -> Kenpachi -> Tosen -> Komamura -> Komamura (unmasked)

Uryu -> Kurotsuchi -> Soifon -> Yoruichi -> Rukia

Chad -> Kyoraku -> Ukitake -> Genryusai -> Ichimaru

Ganju -> Renji -> Byakuya -> Hitsugaya -> Hinamori

Clearing all of the above episodes unlocks Aizen’s, and clearing his unlocks
the final episode. Clearing the final story episode unlocks Time Attack Mode,
Survival Mode.
