I Bought a cd for £10 on amazon via a seller, but it came factory sealed with no disk? What are my rights?
The only thing is it isn’t really the sellers fault and because it was from USA it will cost loads to send it back.
You need to be taking this up with the seller!! Contact them. If they are genuine they should be able to help.
If they dont want to know, you could try claiming the money back from your credit card company (if you paid via credit card)
