What’s your favorite part in the book: Agatha Christie:Evil Under the Sun?
For those who finished this book, what’s your favorite part? My favorite part is when Linda Marshall revealed her secret that she tried to kill her stepmom by magic. What about you?
I’m not sure that one particular scene is my favorite, though I recall the one you mean. I actually enjoyed how Agatha Christie keeps you off balance, thinking the guilty party could be this one or that one. Most of the characters have their share of guilt thrown on them.
As always I enjoy “watching” (i.e., viewing by reading) how Hercule Poirot comes up with the solution. I also enjoy Agatha Christie’s many twists and turns.
Perhaps my favorite part was the solution; when you realize just how it was done. I thought this one was very clever. Without giving spoilers (in case someone who hasn’t read it reads this), I have to say I really detested those two!
If you enjoyed this (and haven’t read these), I would recommend that you read some others of hers like: A Murder is Announced, Sleeping Murder, The Moving Finger, A Caribbean Mystery followed by Nemesis, The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, And Then There Were None, Murder on the Orient Express, Death on the Nile, The Mousetrap (play) and others. They are all really good.
