Buyers Real Estate market in Southern California?

Is it a good time to buy real estate now primarily in the Inland Empire area? Or should I wait a year or two in hopes prices will fall further.

Nobody knows where the bottom, but if You Can get a pretty good offer. then maybe it's time .. Look in the sales of similar units all who wish to purchase. Good luck
