Best shoes for running on a dirt track?

In PE we have to do a lot of running on a track … what would be a good shoe for that? You do not have to be super expensive luxury, just something basic and cheap, but it will work. Thank you.

and for the EP. Just get normal shoes sport. most of them work well for a dirt road but it will get dirty. unless ur ur trying to significantly reduce time smearing / tennis shoes work if you want to be more efficient to go to ur nearest Fleet Feet and talk to them

Alice in Chains Dirt Heavy Metal Music CD Review

I can describe the latest version of Heavy Metal super group Alice In Chains to you in one word … Outstanding!

I wish it were not the case, but it is not every day that I get a CD for review that I just listen to pop and comfortably from beginning to end. Usually there are one or two songs that I can not bring myself to pass. Not at all for dirt. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to hear from beginning to end.

Dirt is a nice variety, a mix of 13 tracks that are very well written and brilliantly performed songs by these musicians clearly pride. Most of the songs show a Great Deal of the kind emotion that makes a really great listen. It is clear that the development of what I can only imagine are their own real life experiences. At different points touching on the real emotions of love and pain of failed relationships is certainly not listening.

Dirt is generally excellent, from beginning to end. One of those CDs that after a few listens the songs are engraved in his memory. A must have for the Heavy Metal fan. Really spectacular from beginning to end.

While the album is really Very Good the key themes of truth are track 2 – Dam That River, track 4 – Down In A Hole, and track 13 – Would?.

My Best Pick, and the pain has [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 – Bones them. Great song!
