Will i run crysis Better with Windows 7?

Specs: AMD Athlon X2 2.1 Ghtz Vista Home Premium 64bit 4GB DDR2 Ram ATI Radeon HD 3200 320gb HD i But it CAN run medium settings it will run a lot Better on windows 7?

Not with the HD3200 …. thats a low level card from ATI … so it wont make a difference …
