Commandos Strike
Radeon HD 3200 and DirectX problem?

i’ve bought a pc which has these feature: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ with an ATI Radeon HD 3200 Display adapter, i install the driver for the VGA from its cd, and the catalyst controller, install directx 9c then everything works fine with games, till a couple of days, or just a restart maybe, games like prince of persia 2008 or even commandos 4 Counter Strike won’t open, telling me that the direct3d is missing, and when i go to dxdiag, to check the direct3d or directdraw, i find that the enable/disable button is DIMMED so what should i do ? or what updates should i get ?? please help me out because i’m losing my mind really….
