How do I use yu-gi-oh deck partitions?

I just put them in a tin for collectors and do not know how to use someone please tell me. I know how to use the cards I've been in tournaments im wondering how I can use the partitions?

My advice is do not use them, but if you feel must put it together as to render a form like this: | —————— | —————- – | The one with the two slots to be the vertical and the two with a horizontal slot.
