Clasic Game
Am i the only one??? CRAZY???

at first i thought i was going crazy.

i would be seating in front of my computer playing a nice bookworm game (clasic game) non-stress. then suddenly i hear noises/voices like a billion people talking to me at once….i would be breathing so fast and my heart is beating so fast…..i couldn’t stop…then i tried covering my ears and count to 10 and breath….it worked….this happen 3 times in a row and stop…..but i am scared..

is this anxiety attacks? and what it causing them…
since i have nothing to be stress about….or am i going CRAZY???
HAPPENED 3 TIMES THIS PAST WEEK..IM NOT TAKING ANY MEDICATION…

Anxiety attacks don’t usually cause auditory hallucinations. I’m sure it’s possible, but I’ve never seen it before personally. When you consider the hallucinations, shortness of breath, and heart rate, this is definitely something you’ll want checked out by a doctor.

But no, you’re not going “crazy”. If you have a condition that requires treatment, there’s nothing crazy about that.
