What ancient Roman structures are still in use today in the city of Rome?

We all know about the Pantheon, the Colosseum and the Theatre Marcelo, but is there any other structures that are still in use or still intact in some way? I also know that there are some temples in the intact Boario Forum. Any others? I'm trying to find the real structures of ancient Rome, which still exist in the city not only remains in use.

One of the seven bridges built by the Romans is still used by modern traffic.
