What happens when you beat Shipwrecked and Single on Sims 2 Castaway Stories PC?

I already beat shipwrecked and single but have no idea what to do next. And how do you customize shipwrecked and single so You Can design your survivor?

IS the PC version the same as PS2 Version? If so then..nothing.
Theres just that last island that has alot more space then the rest. Castaway is probably my less favorite game of the series
