Girls: Do you like pop the ball boys?

The blue ball and the ghost
What does online marketing has to do with a ghost? Plenty. Read this and you'll see why. The memory still I worry every time I think about that night.
The experience taught me to write about a product, you have to see it at work. You'll see how this can help too. But first, here's what happened that night.
It was November – almost three years ago. My friend and client, Guido, asked me to write a letter sales and a couple of ads for it. He ran a ghost busting business.
I found it difficult to make money chasing ghosts of houses people but he made a good life. Guido convinced me that I had to get an idea of your business. Then he asked me to accompany him on a job.
I was I agree and I found the following Thursday night with him and his girlfriend, Erin, in the house of the owner of an art gallery. The owner and his family were absent and the place smelled of stale smoke and chrysanthemums. We were alone – or almost alone.
The ghost, Guido said, was a child who had died in the house 60 years before. He returned in search of toys. Guido took us to the dining room, where he set up his team. The toy I saw was a blue ball on the dresser that belonged a young son of the owner.
Guido half opened the door to the cellar and turned off the lights. We sat on the ground in the dark using night vision goggles and waited.
It happened shortly after 1:00 a.m. The dashed blue ball under the dresser, hit the table leg and recovered. I heard a crack Guido teams and the ball stopped dead. After a few minutes of stillness, they threw the ball out of it. This time, zigzagging along the wall.
Erin and I exchanged a quick glance and I tried to see what was causing the ball to move. I could only imagine some invisible little feet kicking and running behind him. Once again, Team Guido clicked and continued to click. The ball rolled down the cellar door and jumps in steps.
It was over.
Guido did not explain how, but assured us the little ghost again – ever. I ran my hand over the bare ground where the ball was been. I felt ropes or cables, suspecting that Guido had prepared everything. But I found nothing.
I did not go to bed when I got home. Instead, I wrote an account of the ghost. He also wrote the sales letter and Guido ads. The words came out of my hand, like raindrops. I laid the foundations for what it was being in the same room with a ghost.
In writing about the service of Guido, I tried to make the readers feel the same things that I had. I brought all my senses in it – touch, smell, hearing, sight and taste.
I learned another lesson from that experience that can help. The lesson is this: write the sales letter for your online marketing right after seeing the product at work. That makes his words fresh and urgent.
Ah, and the little ghost: Guido told me he did not stay in the basement. Disappeared and Guido know in your heart that some loving arms welcomed back that "half the world" that ghosts call home.
