Well, I'm a girl But I'm a football coach my High School @ SO YEA, I go to all practices and some suggestions COULD GET TO THAT BROTHER OF SISTER OUT WITH YOU AND THE BEAR OF PRACTICE tracking, hiking, tires, JUS EDURANCE, SPEED, question or make Your Own workout than You Think will make you better, and another suggestion would be to start REGULARLY …..
