City of Heroes… Can i use my serial code without choosing a subscription?
I only just got City of Heroes (Architect Edition) and i have gone through all the steps to add the serial code to my existing trial account, i go through…
– The serial code input
– Choose whether to activate account or create new one ( i chose activate account)
– Then I chose what super booster I wanted and confirmed it
– And then it goes choose payment method…
Is there a way of me just playing the game with the serial code i have without having to subscribe?
It is kind of crappy because i bought this game thinking i didn’t need a credit card to play this game like world of warcraft where you just buy the game cards, but when i put in the serial code i got with the game it asks for me to put in my credit card details or pay pal details, i have neither (only a key card and that doesn’t work) so it seems that i bought this game and wasted my money on it because i cant even use it.
I believe that You Can pay by game Time Card for regular paid accounts. I have not done it myself, and so can’t tell you the steps from experience, but contact PlayNC support. They want you to be playing, and they’ll be the final word on whether there is a non-CC way to pay.
